Your responsibilities include:

Rota Management

* Take full ownership of weekly and monthly rotas, ensuring continuity and consistency for clients and care professionals.

* Deploy new care professionals to clients within two weeks of hire.

* Communicate all rota updates by Thursday of the prior week.

* Manage guaranteed hours effectively to avoid unnecessary top-ups and reduce agency use.

* Coordinate annual leave to maintain service stability while supporting staff wellbeing.

Recruitment and Engagement

* Maintain close contact with care professionals through regular calls and meetings.

* Work closely with the recruitment team to attract new talent and support branch growth.

* Schedule and track refresher training to ensure compliance with CQC and contractual requirements.

Reporting and Compliance

* Escalate any care delivery concerns to the Business Manager and Clinical Care Manager.

* Monitor ECM and Nourish Care systems to ensure all visit times, durations, and notes are accurate.

* Accurately code cancellations and maintain digital records for invoicing and audit purposes.

* Report absences promptly and provide thorough handovers to the Out of Hours team.

* Ensure accurate shift reconciliation to support payroll processing.
