SSAIB approved, BAFE registered and CHAS accredited, Executive Alarms supports education, healthcare, hospitality, property and commercial clients with the design, installation and maintenance of intruder and perimeter security, CCTV and access control, fire alarms and extinguishers, aspirating and AOV smoke systems, emergency lighting, PA/VA, disabled refuge and nurse call, backed by a 24-hour emergency callout service.

About the Role
- To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced in Fire and Security industry.
- To install and maintain a wide variety of security and integrated fire systems in residential and commercial properties. CCTV, Access Control and Gates experience is desirable.
- Attending customer sites according to scheduled appointments.
- Proposing and explaining work undertaken and identify requirements for additional works to the customer.
- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8.30 – 17.30)
Key Responsibilities
- To work with and install a varied amount of intruder alarms, fire alarm systems, emergency lights, CCTV, access control, intercom systems, gates, barriers & bollards
- Providing detailed onsite analysis of actual and potential system issues and communicating these clearly to the customer as required.
- Identifying opportunities for system additions in line with customer requirements.
- Ensuring that the customer is happy with the work undertaken and that the site is left in a clean and tidy state.
- You must always maintain a good reputation on behalf of Executive Alarms.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working in the security industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work out of normal hours if necessary.
- Able to competently trouble shoot all types of system.
- Able to think on your feet and to remain calm under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the British Standards.
- Full UK driving licence
