Vice President of People

The Company is seeking a VP of People to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy and vision. This pivotal role involves working closely with the Co-Founders to nurture and champion a world-class company culture, with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and high performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and automating processes that support the growth and scalability of the organization, as well as leading the talent acquisition strategy to ensure a top-tier candidate experience and a diverse hiring approach. Additionally, the VP of People will be at the forefront of using people-centric data to optimize the people strategy and will be instrumental in creating and rolling out scalable learning and organizational development programs.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a proven track record in HR, particularly within the context of high-growth start-ups, and be adept at collaborating with C-Level management and Founders.
