Our client, based in Southampton, is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join their team as a Head of Occupational Health on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
The role is full-time and permanent, with site work in Southampton and options for working from home.
Salary up to £60K per annum.

Main duties include:
- Operational planning, development, and provision of high-quality specialised Occupational Health services.
- Work autonomously, exercising professional and individual responsibility for the systematic governance of occupational health practice.

- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship skills.
Experience and skills required:
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
