As our Product Specialist, you are the central nervous system for product knowledge within the company. Reporting to the Product team, you'll empower our sales and customer success teams with expert guidance, triage critical issues, and serve as the essential link that ensures our business runs on expertise.

- Be the Ultimate Product Guru: Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for all complex product questions, escalations, and troubleshooting from our internal teams.

- Shape Product Quality: Triage, analyze, and prioritize incoming bug reports and feature requests, acting as the first line of defense in our product development lifecycle.
- Accelerate Problem Solving: Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineers to investigate and resolve escalated issues, translating frontline feedback into actionable insights.
