Exec Recruitment Solutions are currently working on behalf of a forward-thinking, ambitious and collaborative law firm based near to Aldershot, which has rapidly growing growth plans in place for over the next decade.
The ideal candidate will lead strategic marketing efforts, working closely with managers to create engaging content, managing digital channels. You will have experience within either the legal, or professional services industry.
What will the role involve?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth goals
- Execute multi-channel campaigns to boost brand awareness, reach new clients, and support client retention
- Partner with Managers to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly
- Oversee content creation for various platforms, including the website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and client communications
- Collaborate with legal teams to produce articles, case studies, and client alerts
- Manage and optimize digital presence, including SEO, SEM, and social media engagement
- Analyse digital metrics to drive decisions
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and client touchpoints
- Coordinate with vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with the firm’s image
- Develop strategies to enhance client relationships
- Support the business development team with client-focused events and promotions
- Plan and manage client events, webinars, and conferences
- Conduct research on trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour, sharing insights with the Strategy Board
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI
- Lead a team of Marketing Assistants and Executives based in the UK and South Africa
- Actively participate in and, lead CSR initiatives where required

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4 + years of marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics)
- Experience with marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and measuring success
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset
