Since its establishment in early 2013 the Exec Recruit Group has grown from strength to strength. To continue further expansion, we are now seeking a senior recruitment consultant to join our Executive / Search team.

You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a stable career history, specialising in 360° IT recruitment with a focus on senior and executive-level appointments. Your role will be to further develop the Executive Recruit brand across the UK and overseas as well as cross selling our other brands including FD Recruit, HR Recruit and Charity.

Responsibilities

• Interview senior level executives
• Form a job profile which candidates can be assessed against
• Create strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients and candidates
• Network with industry sources

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience within recruitment including senior level appointments in IT
• A stable career history with a proven track record in 360 IT Recruitment
• Proven track‑record of building a strong network of contacts and candidates essential for succeeding in a specialist recruitment market
• Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
• Strong negotiation and consulting skills
• An ability to liaise with and influence at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to converse with high worth individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

You will possess outstanding negotiation and consulting skills, with the innate ability to liaise with and influence senior individuals from diverse backgrounds. You are a confident communicator and presenter, adept at working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Above all, you are a proactive self‑starter, driven by the opportunity to build a legacy and thrive in a fully remote, performance‑oriented culture.
