To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced Fractional Operations Director to provide hands-on leadership, operational structure, and strategic oversight during this critical period.
This is a site-based role in Huddersfield, working 2–3 days per week for an initial 3–6 month engagement. You will take responsibility for managing and developing a team of 12 staff across warehousing, logistics, and operations, while preparing the business operationally for the launch of a new pharmaceutical division.
