Exec Capital is recruiting on behalf of a confidential hospitality group operating a portfolio of branded hotels in Central London. We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong hotel and revenue management experience to support commercial and revenue decision-making across a multi-property portfolio.

This is a highly commercial, analytically driven role, working closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing hotel performance and supporting pricing, forecasting, and commercial strategy. The focus of the role is rooms revenue performance, with exposure to broader hotel commercial metrics. You will work across multiple hotels, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence RevPAR, GOP, and EBITDA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Revenue and Commercial leadership with day-to-day and strategic analysis
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts across a hotel portfolio
  • Analyse Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and key drivers of profitability
  • Identify revenue opportunities, demand trends, and revenue leakage
  • Support pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across Direct, OTA, and GDS channels
  • Monitor rate parity and distribution effectiveness
  • Support high-demand trading periods, compression nights, and event-led pricing
  • Develop performance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
  • Work with large datasets to deliver commercially actionable insight
  • Validate and challenge system-driven pricing and forecasting recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams

About You

  • 2–5 years’ experience in hotel revenue management, hospitality analytics, or a commercial hotel role
  • Strong analytical experience focused on Rooms revenue (essential)
  • Exposure to F&B / Events / MICE analytics is advantageous
  • Experience in branded or multi-property hotel environments
  • Strong understanding of how pricing and demand impact hotel profitability
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong commercial curiosity
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Systems & Technical Skills

  • Revenue Management Systems: Duetto, IDeaS, Signals, or similar
  • Property Management Systems: Opera or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel (forecasting, scenario modelling, data validation)
  • BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Confident working with large, complex datasets
  • Able to interpret and challenge automated system outputs

Desirable Experience

  • London hotel market experience
  • Background in global hotel brands (e.g. Accor, IHG, or similar)
  • Portfolio-level commercial exposure
