We are actively seeking a Night Porter at Fanhams Hall in Ware, Hertfordshire who will be responsible for the hotel, the guests and the operation during the night period. You will be required to work 40 hours over 5 nights, 10:45pm - 7:15am.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining our luxury standards of cleanliness and service at all times
- Operating cleaning machinery in accordance with guidelines given
- Attending to guests' needs and requirements, including arrivals and departures
- Setting up conference and banqueting rooms as required
- Being responsible for the security and integrity of property and guests whilst on duty, adhering to company policy and legislation
- Conducting regular patrols to check security and safety of property and guests
