We are actively seeking a Hotel Receptionist, or a Guest Services Assistant in our world, who will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey. You’ll be the first to greet our guests so strong customer service skills are a must!
Rooming our guests on arrival and providing them with information on the hotel, local amenities and services will be key tasks in this exciting role.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests in a warm friendly and professional manner
- Carrying guests luggage to and from rooms
- Labeling all guest luggage and ensuring the porters lodge is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Supporting the front office team with check ins/outs
- Use of hotel buggy for transporting guests around the resort
- Maintenance and regular checks of hotel buggy and bicycles
- Management of the turning circle and top suite parking bays
