We are actively seeking Guest Relations Assistant; you are responsible for providing the very best care to our guests at every stage of their stay. Your warmth and personality will shine through at all stages of guest interaction.

In your role you will be responsible for...
- Welcoming all guests entering the hotel in a professional and pleasant manner
- Providing guests with an exceptional arrival and departure experience that makes them feel welcome
- Controlling the traffic flow in and out of the Great Hall and directing guests to the necessary location
- Communicating with the front desk for any arrivals using guests names
- Run an effective check in and check out process if required
- Providing luggage assistance and valet parking and keep records
- Escorting guests to their bedrooms and conduct a room and hotel orientation to the correct standard if required
- Organising transport for our guests and giving directions
- Ensure that the outside of the hotel, the Great Hall and lounges areas are well maintained and tidy
- Undertake any additional duties as directed by the Guest relations Manager, Front of House manager or Assistant front of house
- Create lasting impression on arrival and departure of all guests
- To ensure all VIPs are flagged and research conducted
- To check VIP rooms, ensuring hotel standards and that the correct amenities are in place
- To provide appropriate welcome cards to the guests, ensuring special occasions are recognised
- To take ownership of in-house issues and ensure these are being solved whilst ensuring guest satisfaction
- To use the Guest Recovery Log to collate data
- To ensure guest details are profiled effectively
- To ensure all Front of House areas well maintained and tidy
- To effectively communicate through the use of HUBBUB
