Duties & Responsibilities
- Based out of either the Alton, Mansfield or Newmarket offices, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven individual to take full ownership of our relationship with Extreme Networks, managing day-to-day business operations including KPIs, revenue, and profit targets.
- In this role, you will be the go-to expert on Extreme Networks, leading the development and execution of our channel strategy through both existing and new partners to drive partner-sourced business.
- Grow our Extreme Networks account.
- Understand where the vendor complements the partner’s existing portfolio.
- Promote complementary vendor solutions and articulate the Exclusive Networks value proposition.
- Work to achieve individual and team targets against agreed profit requirements.
- Key contact for Extreme Networks within Exclusive Networks, developing relationships at all levels of the vendor organisation and acting as an extension of the vendor.
- Train and enable Extreme Networks ensuring any accreditations are maintained.
- Annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with vendor.
- Manage key accounts alongside the Exclusive Networks sales team.
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams to set and co-ordinate partner meetings.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of proven sales experience.
- Driven and enthusiastic to develop sales and grow the business unit.
- Proven ability to form, build and farm relationships, network effectively and intelligently.
- Target driven with experience working to KPIs that map to the business goals.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution.
- Experience presenting to senior level contacts.
- Articulate with a clear communication style and strong presentation skills.
- Sales reporting and analytical skills.
