We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Vendor Manager to take ownership of partner relationships and day-to-day business performance, including KPIs, revenue, and profit targets on a 12 month contract. In this role, you will develop and execute channel strategies to grow Partner Sourced Pipeline through both existing and new reseller partnerships. Acting as the go-to expert in your designated vendor technology, you will provide strategic sales support, guide partners on business growth plans, and take commercial responsibility for developing and closing opportunities.

As the Vendor Manager, you will:
- Have a product focus of 1-2 Vendors
- Understand where the vendor complements the partner's existing Portfolio
- Promote complementary Vendor solutions and articulate the Exclusive Networks value proposition
- Work to achieve individual and team targets against agreed profit requirements
- Be the key contact for the specified vendors within your remit, developing relationships at all levels of the Vendor organisation
- Train and enable EXN Sales and technical teams, ensuring any accreditations are maintained
- Conduct annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with vendors
- Manage key accounts alongside the Account Managers
- Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to set and co-ordinate partner meetings
- Proactively work with the channel team & marketing teams to recruit, enable and drive new resellers
- Develop end user lead generation programs with resellers
- Implement sales & technical training programs
- Ensure internal systems are updated with vendor pricelists, collateral, discount structures and processes
- Produce monthly sales forecast reports and statistics for EXN & Vendor management
