DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role reports to the Sales Director. As a Post-Sales Engineer, you will:
- Provide post sales support and project implementation.
- Ensure that the SLAs are met and project timelines are delivered on a timely manner to Exclusive Networks reseller base across the product portfolio.
- Conduct a project kick off meeting with customer & document the implementation procedures.
- Align project implementation within the signed scope of work agreed with the end user.
- Obtain a signed UAT from the authorized end user contact person after completing an implementation activity.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Hand over projects to partner account or post sales team.
- Keep up to date with new solutions, new product patches & updates, support options, deployment guidelines, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of roadmap, technology and product portfolio and share with the team.
- Ensure that certification requirements across the product portfolio are met.
- Manage tickets and assignments within the SLAs in Vision ticketing system.
- Work closely with the Post Sales Team Lead & colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge in networking, security, virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Working knowledge in technologies such as SASE, SSE, SDWAN, XDR, SIEM.
- Working knowledge with SAAS platforms.
- Proven work experience as a Post-Sales Engineer or similar role in customer support.
- Strong technical background with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
