Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a personable and process-driven Renewals Specialist to join our dynamic and versatile Account Management Team based in Alton, Hampshire. You will provide administrative support to our Major Accounts, tasks include providing quotations within set SLA times, assisting with queries, raising and processing orders and increasing margins gained from these accounts month on month.
Your role and responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
- Manage renewals contracts, proving high level of accuracy and fast turnarounds for quotations and processing orders.
- Become the go-to expert for a set of vendors, managing the quote and order process.
- Provide sales administration support to external sales team member(s), renewing contracts and exploring upsell opportunities.
- Own and manage the Renewals operational cycle, liaising with key stakeholders ensuring smooth running of the sales cycle, from preparation to deal completion.
- Provide the highest level of Customer Service, developing and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships that enhance and promote the sales of Exclusive Networks portfolio.
- Understand a diverse range of vendor products ensuring that knowledge of features and pricing is up to date.
- Work to a financial target as well as KPIs geared towards a high level of accuracy and ensuring requests are turned around in a timely fashion, increasing the products brought through the client base and thus increasing gross margin.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal Sales Administrator will:
- Be personable with the ability to develop strong and lasting relationships, both internally and externally.
- Have previous Customer Service and Administration or Sales Administration experience.
- Be responsive and efficient with strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Be commercially aware with strong attention to detail and administration skills.
- Be keen to learn and develop with a strong desire to work to and surpass targets.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Have the ability to problem solve, identifying a client's needs and respond accordingly.
- Be a self-starter who can motivate themselves and takes a positive approach to sales.
- Have knowledge of the IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellent.
- Have experience using a CRM system.
Primary location is Alton, Hampshire; there may be the requirement for off-site meetings and events.
