About the Role
The Lifecycle Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering customer and partner lifecycle programmes across Exclusive Networks globally. This execution‑focused role acts as a bridge between the central data and analytics teams, local go‑to‑market (GTM) teams, and Vendor Managers, ensuring that lifecycle insights, segmentation, and priorities are translated into clear, well‑managed marketing and GTM activities delivered on time and to brief.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate lifecycle‑based campaigns and programmes across countries, vendors, and partner segments
- Translate lifecycle insights and targeting into clear campaign briefs and delivery plans
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders for lifecycle initiatives
- Ensure programmes are executed consistently and follow agreed frameworks and processes
- Track delivery status, risks, and outcomes, and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing campaign management, project management, or GTM coordination
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Experience working with data outputs and insights without owning underlying data models
- Clear and confident communicator, able to coordinate across central and local teams; experience in a complex, matrix‑type organisation is a plus
- Experience in B2B, channel, or distribution environments, or within a reasonably large digital marketing agency (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience delivering smooth handovers from insight to execution between data and GTM teams
- Strong collaboration experience, particularly with country teams, and minimising delivery friction
