The Product Owner - Service Systems plays a pivotal role in shaping how Exclusive Networks delivers and scales its professional services globally. The role serves as the single point of accountability for core service systems within Global IT, translating business priorities into impactful, high‑quality solutions across the service organization.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain the Service product vision and roadmap (e.g., Kantata, Mvine).
- Collaborate with global and local business stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear product initiatives, epics, and user stories.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, regulatory needs, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.
- Co‑construct the roadmap and investment pipeline with key stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure high‑quality requirements for design, build, and delivery.
- Work closely with agile delivery teams to plan, prioritize, and sequence work.
- Ensure end‑to‑end delivery quality including functional testing, documentation, training materials, and release readiness.
- Validate delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and standardise service processes.
- Define and track KPIs and benefit realization (e.g., utilization, margin visibility, forecasting accuracy, adoption).
- Act as primary administrator and functional owner of Kantata; own governance, configuration standards, roles, and access management.
- Manage releases, enhancements, and dependencies with other enterprise systems.
- Define and execute the training strategy, support creation of user guides, process documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Drive communication and change management activities to support adoption across regions and roles.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders at global and local levels.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Communicate progress, achievements, and upcoming changes clearly and consistently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within IT or digital transformation.
- Strong experience with service management, professional services automation (PSA), ERP, or finance‑related systems; Kantata experience is an advantage.
- Certification as a Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with cross‑functional, international teams.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on data‑driven decision making.
