As the Business Analyst you will be part of the Global Sales Operations team, working along three parallel topics: Transformation / Strategy Projects; Value‐Add Services; 'day‐to‐day' Sales Operations.
You will work hand in hand with the Senior Business Analyst & Transformation Director to conduct regional projects aiming at driving significant EBIT growth. As our business and strategy analyst, you'll be fully part of the team to build dedicated analysis and action plans in collaboration with the business leaders.
This role could be the launch pad of your career! You will have five main areas of focus:
- Generate and present market insights into our customers and vendors.
- Explore and structure data to provide impactful insights to our business leaders, leveraging various analytical tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL, Python...).
- Improve our current commercial processes and set‐up new ones (e.g., forecast process, pipeline & sales performance management, customer feedback monitoring...).
- Support the strategy definition globally and execution locally.
- Provide continuous analytical support to Northern Europe commercial leaders (e.g., dashboard preparation, data consolidation...).
The ideal Business Analyst will have:
- A strong desire to learn new skills and challenge yourself, within an already mature company.
- Achieved a 2:1 or above in a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics or a related field.
- Excellent working knowledge of Power BI and Excel (knowledge of any other data visualisation tool is a plus).
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience working with large datasets (experience using SQL is a big plus).
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Strong business sense.
