DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

In this role, you'll bring business knowledge, technical expertise, and strategic priorities to life through innovative learning solutions that empower employees across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines instructional design expertise, digital creativity, and commercial awareness to build learning experiences that are engaging, scalable, and impactful.
As the Learning and Enablement Content Creator, you will:
- Create high-quality learning content across a variety of formats, including:
- eLearning modules
- Video-based learning
- Workshops and facilitator guides
- Toolkits and playbooks
- Presentations and digital resources
- Learning journeys and capability programmes
- Work closely with subject matter experts, to transform complex topics into clear, learner-focused experiences that are practical, memorable, and easy to apply in the real world.
- Leverage modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI-enabled approaches to deliver engaging digital experiences at scale, to explore new ways to:
- Improve learner engagement and accessibility

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Learning and Enablement Content Creator will have:
- 5 plus years experience creating learning content within a Learning & Development, Enablement, or Digital Learning environment
- Strong instructional design expertise and understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience using digital learning technologies, authoring tools, video creation software, and multimedia platforms
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and transform them into engaging learning experiences
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a creative mindset
- Curiosity, creativity, a commercial and collaborative mind set, with a pragmatic approach.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting commercial, sales enablement, or customer-facing teams
- Experience working in global or matrix organisations
- Knowledge of AI tools and emerging learning technologies
- Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and measuring impact
