Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Learning Systems & LMS Support Junior Analyst to help us elevate our digital learning ecosystem, enhance employee-facing systems, and build engaging content that empowers teams across the organisation. This is a varied role, where you will be getting hands-on with systems, and will combine technical support with creative learning design.

If you are passionate about learning technologies, solving problems, and creating great employee experiences, whilst developing your career in a global team that shapes how thousands of people learn, work, and thrive.

You will be the go-to person for supporting and improving employee-facing platforms such as LMS, Navan and Kissflow. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and resolve tickets in Jira with clarity, confidence, and a service-first mindset.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions step-by-step.
  • Maintain and configure workflows in Kissflow as business needs evolve.
  • Participate in testing, validating, and documenting system updates and improvements.
  • Bring learning to life by creating content that makes a difference.
  • Design digital learning materials (e-learning, videos, infographics, job aids).
  • Curate and update existing content to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to translate processes into clear, engaging learning.
  • Support communications that promote learning initiatives and drive adoption.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools to track training activity and performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal Employee and LMS support & Development Junior analyst will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in instructional design, digital content creation, learning support, or similar fields.
  • A strong technical aptitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping others navigate systems.
  • Confidence analysing and troubleshooting issues with clear, practical solutions.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (ideally Jira).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Articulate Rise 360, preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, or similar content-creation platforms, preferred.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and passion for learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Organised, adaptable, and collaborative with global teams.
