DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Working closely with the FP&A team, you will play a key role in supporting the internal and external accounting reconciliations and reporting requirements for Exclusive Networks’ UK&I entities. A key focus of the role will be Sales & Trade Margin reporting and reconciliations, alongside responsibility for internal journals, balance sheet reconciliations, year-end processes, group reporting requirements and maintaining all associated supporting records. You will also be expected to provide accurate and timely financial information and analysis as required by the UK and Regional teams, as well as Head Office in France, ensuring a high standard of financial control, reporting and support across the business.
As the Commercial FP&A, you will:
- Perform monthly reconciliations of Sales & Trade Margin between Management Reporting and Power BI, investigating and resolving variances as required.
- Calculate and maintain monthly records of revenue and cost deferrals and releases relating to support contracts, including Training Revenue, XOD and MYD deals.
- Calculate, monitor and ensure compliance with customer and vendor rebate accruals, supporting accurate financial reporting and controls.
- Work with the Xactly commissions platform, including reconciliations and the accurate processing and handling of payroll data.
- Prepare and complete local Management Accounting reporting templates for review by the Finance Director and North & UK Executive teams, including reconciliation of OneStream flows and appendices for Sales & Trade Margin reporting.
- Support UK&I Management Reporting through financial analysis, maintenance of supporting records, bad debt provision analysis, and the preparation and posting of related journals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review work thoroughly and ensure a high level of accuracy.
- Able to understand and follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and documentation in a clear, concise and cohesive manner.
- Strong Excel skills are essential, including a good understanding of basic macros.
- AAT qualified or educated to graduate level, with a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
