DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As a Channel Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of accelerating net new revenue growth across one of the fastest moving areas of the cybersecurity market in Northern Europe. This is a high-energy, results driven position built for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, and loves the challenge of opening new doors. If you are looking to start your career in Cyber Security sales and develop a variety of skills from owning the full sales cycle, influencing decision-makers, and consistently turning conversations into commercial wins, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint, and gaining the exposure, autonomy, and support needed to elevate your sales career to the next level. Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-energy outbound calling to uncover new partner relationships and bring dormant accounts back to life.
- Lead confident outreach campaigns to uncover high value, net new revenue opportunities.
- Run consistent, strategic follow-up cadence that keeps deals hot and moving through the pipeline.
- Outperform and displace competitors, winning business from rival distributors and vendors.
- Build and manage a robust 3–4x pipeline that fuels overachievement.
- Accelerate new logo acquisition and deepen penetration across top cybersecurity vendors.
- Maximise profitability by leveraging rebates, deal registrations and vendor incentives with commercial precision.
- Build powerful, trusted relationships with owner led VARs and MSPs, becoming their go to advisor for growth.
- Cross-sell and upsell high-impact cybersecurity solutions that expand partner revenue.
- Position the company as a strategic, long-term growth partner in every conversation.
- Maintain strong, predictable pipeline coverage supported by disciplined qualification and forecasting.
- Use CRM tools to track partner engagement, monitor opportunity progression and maintain clean pipeline hygiene.
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue, margin, and growth KPIs by combining high activity with strong sales execution.
