Exclusive Networks is the global cybersecurity go‑to‑market specialist that provides partners and end‑customers with a wide range of services and product portfolios. With offices in over 45 countries and the ability to serve customers in over 170 countries, we combine deep local expertise with the scale and delivery of a single global organization.

Based out of either our Alton, Mansfield or Newmarket offices, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven individual to take full ownership of our relationship with Extreme Networks, managing day‑to‑day business operations including KPIs, revenue, and profit targets. In this role you’ll be the go‑to expert on Extreme Networks, leading the development and execution of our channel strategy through both existing and new partners to drive partner‑sourced business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Grow our Extreme Networks account.
  • Understand where the vendor complements the partner’s existing portfolio.
  • Promote complementary vendor solutions and articulate the Exclusive Networks value proposition.
  • Work to achieve individual and team targets against agreed profit requirements.
  • Key contact for Extreme Networks within Exclusive Networks, developing relationships at all levels of the vendor organization and being an extension of the vendor.
  • Train and enable Extreme Networks ensuring any accreditations are maintained.
  • Annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with vendor.
  • Manage key accounts alongside the Exclusive Networks sales team.
  • Work closely with the internal and external sales teams to set and coordinate partner meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to develop sales and grow the business unit.
  • Proven ability to form, build and farm relationships, network effectively and intelligently.
  • Target driven with experience working to KPIs that map to business goals.
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution.
  • Experience presenting to senior level contacts.
