DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking for a Global Product Owner to join our Integrations team. As the Integrations Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the integration capabilities that power our internal teams, external partners, and global ecosystem. In this high‑impact role, you will own the product vision for integrations, championing Agile Product Owner principles to translate business needs into a clear roadmap, prioritise a dynamic backlog, and guide your team through successful sprints that continually deliver value. You’ll oversee and optimise Exclusive Networks' integration landscape, including third‑party EDI provider, EDI/API operations, middleware integrations, and broader system‑to‑system connectivity. Your decisions will shape how data flows through the organisation and how we seamlessly collaborate with partners worldwide. As The Integrations Product Owner, You Will

• Own the integrations product roadmap and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Gather, prioritise, and translate requirements into clear user stories and backlog items.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, high‑value integration features and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as primary owner of the third‑party EDI relationship, including performance reviews, upgrades, and commercial governance.
• Manage and prioritise integration requests from internal teams and external partners.
• Guide stakeholders on best‑practice integration patterns and oversee a scalable intake process.
• Handle 3rd‑line production escalations, integration testing, go‑live readiness, and month‑end EDI coverage.
• Serve as key liaison to middleware partner and administer Cloud Infrastructure and integrations.
• Manage API/EDI architecture and relationships with integration and logistics providers.
• Support colleagues with technical direction, troubleshooting, and business context.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of five.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture aligned with company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The Ideal Integrations Product Owner will have:

• 5 plus years' experience in integration architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SOAP, REST, and web services.
• Knowledge of OIC or similar iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CI, Azure Integration Services).
• Understanding of JavaScript and modern API security (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and integration monitoring.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience designing solutions across SaaS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, SAP), beneficial.
• Background in distribution or supply chain, beneficial.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes, beneficial.
• Relevant architecture or cloud certifications, beneficial.
• Broader knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration), beneficial.
