Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.
- Coach managers through disciplinary, capability, redundancy, and TUPE processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Support the delivery of the UK HR roadmap, aligning people initiatives with business priorities.
- Manage key employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding and inductions through to exit interviews and off‑boarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS.
- Produce HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics to support business decision‑making.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate employee and compensation data is maintained.
- Contribute to global and regional HR projects, collaborating with colleagues across the wider HR team.
- Assist with monthly executive reporting and presentations using HR data and insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a generalist HR role.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards).
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using HR systems/HRIS platforms.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
