Responsibilities
- Act as the technical bridge between our vendor (Netskope), partners, sales teams and customers—driving revenue by showcasing deep product expertise and delivering compelling technical solutions.
- Support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience while growing channel‑led opportunities.
- Champion vendor technologies and Exclusive Networks’ services, providing technical enablement and driving solution adoption across partners.
- Lead pre‑sales activity including discovery sessions, solution design, demos, BOMs, POVs, proposals, RFP/RFI responses and SoW preparation.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical and service solutions aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Develop customised solutions based on client specifications, business objectives and product capabilities.
- Support solution delivery with validated designs, implementation plans and technical documentation.
- Maintain deep product and market expertise; provide roadmap insights and feed partner feedback into sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver training for internal teams; manage technical accreditations and act as SME across the organisation.
- Build and strengthen partner relationships, support pipeline generation and enable effective product and service positioning.
- Monitor channel performance, analyse sales data and support joint sales/marketing activities with partners.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams across Sales, Services, Operations and Marketing to ensure alignment and maximise channel impact.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity or network security industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer or pre‑sales consultant in the cybersecurity or network security industry, preferably with managed services experience.
- Background in service delivery, sales operations or both is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SD‑WAN, SASE, network security, firewalls, cloud security and threat prevention technologies.
- Expert‑level vendor‑recognised product implementation and operation accreditations.
- Customer‑service focused with the ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities for vendors through a value‑based approach.
- Ability to navigate organisational structures to identify and engage champions, key decision‑makers and influencers.
- Experience presenting with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time‑management and organisational skills.
