DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to major accounts, including quotations within SLA, handling queries, raising and processing orders, and increasing margins month-on-month.
- Manage renewals contracts with high accuracy and fast turnaround.
- Become the go-to expert for a set of vendors, managing the quote and order process.
- Provide sales administration support to external sales team, renewing contracts and exploring upsell opportunities.
- Own and manage the renewals operational cycle, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the sales cycle from preparation to deal completion.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers and enhancing sales of the portfolio.
- Understand a diverse range of vendor products, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of features and pricing.
- Work toward financial targets and KPIs focused on accuracy, turnaround time, and increasing gross margin.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Personable with the ability to develop strong, lasting relationships internally and externally.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales administration.
- Responsive and efficient with strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and administrative skills.
- Kept motivated to learn, develop, and surpass targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Ability to problem-solve, identify client needs and respond accordingly.
- Knowledge of the IT industry; familiarity with our vendors is advantageous.
- Experience using a CRM system.
