We are looking for an Administrator to join our Operations team in Alton, Hampshire or Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This is a process-driven role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy, high-volume environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raise sales orders from quotes and place purchase orders with vendors.
  • Ensure all licenses, support, professional services, and training SKUs are receipted in and fulfilled out within required timeframes and all relevant documentation is forwarded to the necessary parties.
  • Resolve any order queries/issues ensuring minimal delay and impact on our clients.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Know when to progress issues up the chain of management to ensure a satisfactory and timely conclusion.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous administration or customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent analytical and numerical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Personable with strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure within a team and is able to prioritise with good time management.
  • Willing to take on colleagues’ tasks when the need arises and to provide cover during periods of absence or peak periods.
