Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the event.
- Assist guests with refreshments, meals, and general requests.
- Support VIP and family members with attentive, discreet service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of guest areas.
- Assist with event setup, room preparation, and service transitions.
- Liaise professionally with event managers, catering teams, and household staff.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler, VIP Hospitality Assistant, House Butler, Luxury Hospitality Professional, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and service‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work long shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours across the event period.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Reliable transport to and from Windsor.

- 13th‑18th July – Working every day, being very flexible is extremely key for this role.
- 10‑12 hours per day – Day shifts and night shifts.
