A high-profile private household based in Kensington is seeking an experienced, highly flexible, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the principals and their longstanding PA. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support to the principals, assisting with lifestyle management, travel coordination, household operations, and personal administration. Key Responsibilities

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Providing comprehensive lifestyle and logistical support to the principals
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact on behalf of the principals
  • Managing complex diaries, calendars, appointments, and schedules across personal, social, and business commitments
  • Handling correspondence and day-to-day personal administration
  • Running personal errands and assisting with ad hoc requests as required

Travel & Logistics

  • Organising complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa applications
  • Managing detailed travel itineraries and schedules
  • Assisting with packing, unpacking, and travel preparation
  • Travelling internationally with the principals when required, often at short notice

Household & Property Management

  • Working closely with the existing PA to ensure the smooth running of multiple residences
  • Liaising with household staff, contractors, and external service providers
  • Coordinating household maintenance, repairs, and property-related projects
  • Assisting with the onboarding and management of household staff when required
  • Preparing residences ahead of the principals' arrival and overseeing property closures following departure
