An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Travel Wardrobe Manager to support a UHNW Principal based in Mayfair, London. This is a dynamic and fast‑paced role suited to a proactive professional who thrives in a demanding environment and is comfortable adapting to frequent international travel and changing schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Principal's extensive wardrobe, ensuring all clothing, accessories, and personal items are impeccably maintained, organised, and travel‑ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management and organisation of the Principal's wardrobe, including clothing, accessories, footwear, and seasonal collections
  • Utilising and maintaining the household's wardrobe management technology system, ensuring all items are accurately logged, tracked, and catalogued
  • Creating and coordinating complete looks and outfit selections for the Principal, taking into account events, travel schedules, and personal preferences
  • Packing, unpacking, and preparing wardrobes for domestic and international travel
  • Coordinating wardrobe requirements across multiple residences and travel destinations
  • Monitoring wardrobe inventory and arranging purchases, alterations, repairs, dry cleaning, and maintenance as required
  • Liaising with luxury brands, boutiques, stylists, personal shoppers, and fashion houses
  • Ensuring all garments are presented to the highest standard and readily available when needed
  • Managing last‑minute requests and adapting quickly to changing travel plans and schedules

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Wardrobe Manager, Personal Dresser, Stylist, or in a similar role within a UHNW household
  • Proven experience supporting high‑profile individuals with extensive travel schedules
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, garment care, and wardrobe organisation
  • Technologically confident and comfortable using wardrobe management software and inventory systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions‑focused within a busy and sometimes chaotic household environment
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel at short notice
  • Existing connections within the luxury fashion industry would be highly advantageous
  • Discreet, professional, and accustomed to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality

Working Schedule & Travel

The successful candidate must be extremely flexible and available to travel internationally at short notice. Whilst based in London, the role will follow a standard full‑time schedule, focusing on proactive wardrobe management, organisation, and preparation. During travel periods, the role will become significantly more hands‑on and demanding, requiring flexibility with working hours to meet the Principal's needs. Two days off per week will be provided wherever operationally possible, and a time off in lieu (TOIL) system is in place to ensure additional hours worked are appropriately compensated.
