Our client who is based in St John's Wood is seeking an experienced Temporary House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the residence during a 1–2 month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and discreet professional with previous experience managing private households.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained
- Manage household staff and coordinate schedules where required
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Coordinate household maintenance and oversee ongoing projects
- Manage household inventories, deliveries and procurement of supplies
- Handle diary management, appointments and household logistics
- Support the principals with ad hoc requests and errands
- Ensure the home is guest-ready at all times and resolve any day-to-day issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a House Manager within a private household
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Strong leadership skills and confidence working independently
