Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Executive Office Administrator to join their busy private office in Mayfair, starting immediately. This is a fast‑paced role providing administrative support to a professional team, with the main focus on reviewing and updating an extensive database of over 6,000 vCards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update and maintain a database of 6,000+ vCards.
- Check formatting, update job titles, source photographs, research missing contact details, and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Carry out online research to verify and update information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident conducting online research and managing large volumes of data.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently, prioritise workload and hit the ground running.
- Professional, proactive and comfortable working within a private office environment.
