Our client, a young couple with a residence in Mayfair, is seeking a professional and proactive Part-time Housekeeper to assist with the smooth daily running of their home. There is no cooking involved, and there are no pets or children. The role will initially be temporary for 2 weeks, following which a permanent contract will be discussed.
Key Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping duties, ensuring all areas of the home are kept to a high standard
- Laundry and wardrobe management, including washing, ironing, and organising clothing and linens
- Greeting guests and answering the door in a polite and professional manner
- Liaising with the family’s Personal Assistant to coordinate household needs and schedules
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a private household or similar high-end environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident working independently and managing time effectively
- Knowledge and experience working with luxury materials and surfaces is essential
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Russian or Ukrainian speaker preferred, but not essential
Start date: As soon as possible
Schedule: 5 days per week (flexible days)
Hours: 12:00pm – 6:00pm (flexible)
Salary: £20 – £25 per hour (DOE)
