Our clients, a busy professional couple, are looking for a qualified Rota Nanny/Governess for their 4.5-year-old girl. We are searching for someone who is familiar with the British curriculum and teaching methods, with a background in teaching. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified educator with several years of relevant experience and a good understanding of child development. Experience within a private family environment is very important.
The ideal candidate will also be sporty and dynamic, with good creativity. Their daughter is very active and participates in various extracurricular activities such as music, ballet, gymnastics, and swimming.
A Spanish-speaking Nanny/Governess would be preferred, as you will be required to speak and teach Spanish to the child. All general Nanny duties will apply, and responsibilities include:
- Attending to educational needs
- Teaching & improving the child's Spanish language skills
- Developing reading and writing skills
- Participating in sporting activities
This is a 1-month on, 1-month off rota role, providing 24/7 care. Accommodation will be provided during your rota period. The family has a team of domestic staff to ensure household operations run smoothly. You will work in rotation with another Nanny, so good communication skills and being a team player are essential.
