Residential Security Officer
Location: Kensington, London
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour shifts, alternating between days and nights per rotational week
Salary: £60,000 GPA
Accommodation: Live out

We are looking for a dependable and discreet security professional to work at an UHNW private household in London. You must demonstrate sound judgement, a strong team ethic, and an uncompromising commitment to safeguarding the family’s security and privacy.
ROTA:
7 days on, 7 days off, with both day and night cover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor security cameras and fire alarms and detect any potential threats or breaches
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Monitor all aspects of access control, from visitors and tradespeople to deliveries
- Liaise closely with the Security Team Leaders, household team and Family Office
- Complete clear shift handovers and maintain accurate security logs and records
- Manage the house systems from the security control room, escalating any necessary faults
- Support with more general estate work, when required, to help the wider team
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in residential security or a comparable UHNW/private household
- Strong employment history, with evidence of reliability and longevity in previous roles
- Excellent judgement and situational awareness; calm and measured under pressure
- Friendly, professional and polished, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Discreet, trustworthy and highly respectful of privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and applies procedures consistently
- Lives within a reasonable commuting distance of Kensington
PACKAGE
- PAYE role offering £60k per annum, health insurance, pension contributions
- 12 hour shifts: alternating between 7pm - 7am or 7am-7pm on different weeks
