Location: Mayfair, London (Live-out)

Salary: £110,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (flexibility essential)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly organised Personal Assistant / Coordinator to support a Chairman, senior C-suite executives, and UHNW Principals in Mayfair. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone with a strong corporate background and experience supporting UHNW individuals or private households. The successful candidate will be proactive, polished, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Manage complex business and personal diaries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate board meetings, agendas, board packs, and minutes
  • Manage emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
  • Liaise with board members, senior executives, household staff, contractors, and external suppliers
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and social engagements
  • Manage personal appointments, errands, inventories, and filing systems
  • Welcome VIP guests and provide support during meetings
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide cover for other assistants
  • Anticipate the needs of the Chairman and Principals to ensure the smooth running of business and personal affairs

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, C-suite executive, or UHNW Principal
  • Strong corporate background with board-level experience
  • Previous experience supporting UHNW individuals or within a private household/family office
  • Excellent longevity in previous roles
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Calm, proactive, discreet, and able to perform under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • London-based with the ability to commute to Mayfair within approximately 30 minutes
