Part-time Family Assistant
Location : Notting Hill, London
Working Hours : Part-time, Monday to Friday, 2-3 hours per day

A discreet and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Assistant to support a private household in Notting Hill.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated support across the family’s personal and household affairs, taking responsibility for a variety of organisational and administrative tasks. The role will suit someone highly organised, proactive and discreet, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing personal scheduling, appointments and bookings
- Coordinating calls and communication between contractors, lawyers, architects and other professional contacts
- Organising children’s activities, including swimming and language lessons
- Assisting with bill payments and general personal administration
- Managing day-to-day personal matters and ensuring tasks are followed through efficiently
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Family Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident coordinating with a range of professionals and external contacts
- Proactive, capable and able to work independently
- Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality
- Flexible and happy to assist with a varied range of personal and family-related tasks
- A warm and professional approach when supporting the family
