An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Butler to join a private client based in Chelsea, London. We require a candidate with previous private house experience who can multi-task and prioritise duties. This will be a varied role that will require you to work as a Butler and to assist with some Personal Assistant duties.
Duties will include:
- Provide full Butler service for the principal and family members in an informal home
- Cater to the employer's food preferences, focusing on healthy and health-conscious options
- Anticipate and respond to the principals' requirements
- Manage bedroom setup
- Device management: ensuring all devices are charged, easily located, and ready for use
- Manage packing, unpacking, and ensure luggage is always ready for travel
- Conduct personal shopping as required
- Front of house, meeting and greeting guests
- Create a welcoming atmosphere, including managing lighting and music
- Driving duties may be required
- Liaise with House Manager and Executive Assistant to manage the principal’s diary
- Coordinate with vendors in all travel locations for transportation arrangements
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous private house experience is essential
- UK Full Driving licence
- Maintain a calm and adaptable demeanour

Working days and hours: 5 days a week on a rota - 9.00pm-8.00am night shifts - with flexibility for some day shifts. There will be lots of down time throughout the year when the Principal is travelling.
