A prestigious client with a luxury residence in Central London is seeking an experienced and accomplished House Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their properties and to lead, develop, and motivate the household team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UHNW management and service delivery, with proven leadership capabilities and a track record of running luxury residences to an exceptional standard. This role will involve active participation in extensive renovations currently underway, requiring close coordination with contractors, designers, and the internal operations team, while ensuring stability, continuity, and seamless household operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and oversight to all household staff, fostering a professional, service-driven working environment.
- Manage and coordinate ongoing renovation projects, liaising with contractors and designers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor household staff to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high service standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures across all aspects of household management.
- Support the service team when required, delivering impeccable personal service to the principal and guests.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable House Manager role within a high-end residential or luxury environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage large teams with a hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style.
- Priority experience managing 40+ staff members.
- Previous experience overseeing multiple properties, renovations, or refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
- Strong capability in implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
