The successful candidate will manage and mentor two Junior Butlers while ensuring seamless daily service, immaculate presentation, and flawless execution of the principal’s lifestyle requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, schedule, and train two Junior Butlers to maintain world-class service standards.
- Establish and implement household protocols, service procedures, and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure the residence is maintained to immaculate standards at all times.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development for junior staff.
- Coordinate closely with existing household staff.
- Deliver exceptional formal and informal butler service, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and VIP entertaining.
- Anticipate and fulfil the principal’s personal preferences with precision and discretion.
- Manage guest reception, hosting, and personalised hospitality for private and corporate visitors.
- Oversee wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, valet duties, garment care, and personal shopping requests.
- Ensure all travel preparation is flawlessly executed, including luggage, wardrobe planning, and destination coordination.

- Advanced wardrobe management and valet skills.
- Fluent English preferred; additional languages advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
