A welcoming family with three boys are currently seeking a professional and experienced Live-out Nanny/PA to join their household in Notting Hill. The two eldest children attend boarding school, while the 12-year-old son attends day school. This is a full-time role that requires a proactive, organised, and flexible individual.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing after-school support, including assisting with homework
- Managing the school routine, keeping track of school diaries, and organising activities
- Planning and supervising outings and educational activities
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks when needed.
PA Responsibilities:
- Managing household errands and general organisation
- Supporting simple business-related tasks related to the family's property portfolio
- Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
- Planning and coordinating birthday parties and other family events
- Handling returns, shopping for groceries and children's items
- Assisting with presentations and administrative tasks
Working Schedule:
Sundays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferably fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with strong references
- A confident driver, comfortable driving in central London, the countryside, and on shared drives to Italy
- Ideally holds a university degree or diploma (not necessarily in childcare)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Willing to travel with the family to Italy for three weeks each summer
- Must live locally due to early start times
- Available for approximately 65 hours per week with 4 weeks of paid holiday
