Schedule:
- When the family are not in residence: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm
- When the family are in residence: 6 days per week, 8–10 hours per day (rota-based)
Our clients are seeking an experienced and discreet Housekeeper to join their fully staffed household.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the residence, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed promptly and to an exceptional standard.
- Daily housekeeping including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and floor maintenance throughout the property and staff areas.
- Specialist care of fine finishes, including marble, silver, glass, fabrics, and china.
- Change and refresh bed linen to the highest standards and undertake light laundry duties as required.
- Maintain housekeeping and pantry stock levels, reporting replenishment needs to the Head Housekeeper.
- Oversee staff communal areas, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and regular replenishment (eg, changing towels, emptying bins and dishwashers).
- Assume sole responsibility for the master suite during busy periods, maintaining a consistent 7-star level of detail and presentation.
- Report maintenance or repair issues to the House Manager or Head Housekeeper promptly.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female only due to cultural reasons.
- Proven experience within a UHNW private residence or 5‑star hotel.
- Exceptional attention to detail with palace-level housekeeping standards.
- Professional, discreet, and immaculately presented.
- A team player with a positive and proactive approach.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and energetic demeanour.
