Responsibilities
- Providing daily care and support for the newborn, including feeding, changing, and establishing routines
- Assisting the mother with all aspects of newborn care while respecting her involvement
- Maintaining a clean and organised nursery
- Supporting sleep routines, and ensuring the baby’s safety and well-being at all times
- Working collaboratively with other household staff, including the Housekeeper
- Being comfortable around pets (the household has two cats)
Requirements
- Proven experience caring for newborns
- A team player who works well within a staffed household
- A calm, flexible, and supportive approach to working alongside a stay-at-home parent
- Comfortable with animals and able to work in a pet-friendly home
- DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- The family is looking for a long-term Nanny, so it is essential that the candidate is committed to longevity
Days
5 days per week, with preference for 2 weekdays off (or one weekend day off and one weekday)

Approx. 9.00am-6.00pm (to be discussed with the principal)
