We are seeking an exceptional and highly dedicated All-Rounder to support a principal in a hands-on and varied role, assisting with both day-to-day personal requirements and household management. Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Assistance & Care
    • Providing attentive, personalised support tailored to the principal’s individual needs and wellbeing
    • Demonstrating genuine care, compassion, and emotional intelligence at all times
    • Developing a thorough understanding of the principal’s health needs and adapting support accordingly
    • Maintaining consistently high standards of personal care and assistance
    • Exercising discretion and awareness around all conversations and interactions
  • Household Management & Organisation
    • Overseeing and maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the home
    • Managing household organisation proactively and anticipating needs
    • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements with precision
    • Handling day-to-day tasks efficiently and accurately, following briefs closely
  • Professional Conduct & Communication
    • Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
    • Working independently with confidence and professionalism
    • Liaising effectively with other carers and support staff
    • Responding quickly and efficiently to changing priorities and instructions
