We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our friendly team at our Herne Bay offices. This role would suit someone returning to the workplace or looking for a position that fits comfortably around school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing invoices and quotations as required
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
- Providing administrative and personal assistance to the Managing Director
- Maintaining and updating internal databases
- General office administration for a small team, including starter and leaver paperwork
- Formatting PowerPoint presentations and training manuals
Requirements:
- Highly computer literate, with strong proficiency across Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent command of written and spoken English preferred
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous database experience and knowledge of Xero accounting software would be advantageous (training provided)
- Ability to provide excellent, checkable references
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Must be dog-friendly – two miniature dachshunds are part of the office team and attend work full-time
