Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Full-Time Housekeeper/Cook to join their private household in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Housekeeper who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards, and is confident managing the day-to-day upkeep of a busy family home.

The successful candidate will be organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise their workload effectively, ensuring the household runs smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and cleaning to an exceptional standard
  • Full laundry and ironing, including wardrobe care
  • Maintaining the overall presentation of both the interior and exterior areas of the property
  • Managing household inventories, including cleaning products and general supplies
  • Rotating food stock, monitoring expiry dates and ensuring cupboards, pantry and fridges remain well organised
  • Ordering cleaning products and household essentials as required
  • Managing deliveries, parcels and returns
  • Preparing breakfast and lunch for the principals to take to work, along with occasional evening meal preparation
  • Working independently and managing daily tasks efficiently
Candidate Requirements
  • Approximately 10 years' experience working within private households
  • Excellent housekeeping, laundry and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, flexible and positive approach
  • Discreet, reliable and professional
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential
Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, with flexibility to work occasional weekends when required (advance notice will always be provided).
