An international family based in Central London is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Family Personal Assistant to support the smooth running of family life. This full‑time, live‑out role combines educational support for the children with family and personal administration, alongside the coordination of day‑to‑day household logistics. The successful candidate will become a trusted support to the parents, helping manage the children’s routines, educational development, schedules, travel, appointments, and wider family administration. Working closely with the parents, tutors, and household staff, they will contribute to maintaining a structured, calm, and supportive household environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the children’s routines, wellbeing, organisation, and educational development
- Overseeing homework, reading, and educational support alongside tutors where required
- Managing school collections, extracurricular activities, and day‑to‑day transitions
- Encouraging positive manners, independence, and social development
- Providing occasional proxy parenting and travel support when required
- Managing family diaries, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Previous experience in a similar private household or family PA role
