A warm and welcoming family of five in Ham, Richmond are seeking an experienced and proactive Family Housekeeper to support their busy household. With three children and two full-time working parents, the family is looking for someone organised, dependable and personable who can help maintain a clean, calm and well‑run home. You will work closely with the family PA, who oversees the wider household operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping & Household Management
    • General cleaning, tidying and organisation
    • Laundry and ironing, including delicate fabrics
    • Changing bed linen and towels
    • Managing wardrobes, pantry and household supplies
    • Grocery shopping and dry cleaning
    • Light family cooking and kitchen preparation
    • Managing rubbish and recycling
  • Household Support
    • Running errands and organising deliveries
    • Liaising with the family PA regarding maintenance and tradespeople
    • Monitoring household appliances
    • Hoovering inside family cars
    • Packing and unpacking for holidays
    • Deep cleaning while the family is away
    • Basic outdoor tidying

This is primarily a housekeeping role, with occasional support including:

  • Nursery pick‑up
  • Assisting with bedtime routines
  • Organising school bags, uniforms and sports kits
  • Supporting a calm after‑school routine

Additional Hours

Occasional weekend work may be required with prior notice (paid additionally).
